1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the KASKO24 website and Telegram robot (the "Service"), you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

KASKO24 provides automated monitoring of cryptocurrency, forex, metals and index markets, including liquidity analysis, price and volume moves, technical indicators, market sentiment and news analysis, plus notifications through the website and Telegram. Data comes from third parties (e.g. Binance, CoinGecko, Coin Metrics, Alternative.me and news sources) and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account.
An account can be created with a username or with Telegram. KASKO24 may refuse or suspend an account.
One person – one account. Sharing your account or PRO signals with others is not allowed.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Permitted use

It is prohibited to:

attempt unauthorized access to the system, other accounts or our infrastructure;
use scripts or bots to overload the Service or scrape data in bulk;
resell, redistribute or commercially publish the alerts without our written permission;
use the Service in any way that breaks applicable law.

5. Risk warning

Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile. Their value can change significantly within minutes and you can lose all the capital you invest. KASKO24 information, analysis and alerts are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The same risks apply to forex, metals and indices, especially with leverage: losses can exceed your deposit. Backtest and demo-account results are simulations and do not guarantee real results. 6. Subscription and payments

Some features (e.g. PRO signals on Telegram) are offered as a time-limited subscription (30, 90 or 365 days) at the prices published on /pricing.
Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency only, to the addresses shown on your invoice on the website. KASKO24 will never ask you to pay via private message or to any other address.
Each invoice has a unique amount and is valid for 2 hours. Send exactly the amount and network shown. Your subscription is activated automatically once the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
Payments sent on the wrong network, in the wrong coin or for a lower amount may not be recoverable. In such cases open a ticket with the transaction hash; we review each case individually.
Network fees (gas) are paid by the sender. Subscriptions do not renew automatically; we notify you 3 days before expiry.
Refunds: crypto payments are final. If the service was not activated or there was an error on our side, refund requests are accepted within 7 days via a ticket.
You are responsible for any taxes related to your payments in your country of residence.

Calculations are based on the rules you enter; you are responsible for checking them against the firm's current terms and your platform balance. We do not guarantee passing any challenge. 7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every market event will be detected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KASKO24 is not liable for financial losses, lost profits or other damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from decisions made based on its information.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account at any time (without a subscription refund) if you break these Terms or if your use endangers the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account through the Contact page.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.
