Guide: how to follow a signal

5 steps · 3-minute read

0. Getting started (once)

1. The signal

Every signal has an ID you can find on /sent and /track:

2. Entry

BUY LIMIT / SELL LIMIT = place a limit order at the entry price. It is valid for the time shown (e.g. 3 days). If price does not come, the bot cancels the signal – no loss, just delete the order. MARKET = enter now at the current price.

3. Stop Loss (SL)

Place the SL at the same time as the entry. Never move it further away – the SL is what keeps the loss at 1%. Getting stopped out is a normal part of the system.

4. Take Profit (TP)

At TP1 close the part the signal shows (e.g. 1/2) and move the SL to entry (break-even). The rest runs to TP2 or the trailing stop. The bot notifies you at every step.

5. 1% risk

Never risk more than 1% of your account on one trade. With $2,000 that is a $20 maximum loss. With /account the bot calculates your exact size and margin in every signal («🧮 FOR YOU» section).

Example: entry 100, SL 95 → distance 5. Risk $20 ÷ 5 = 4 units (≈ $400). If SL is hit: −$20. At TP1 (3R) for half: +$30.

📒 Journal

Press «✅ I entered» (or «I placed the order») under the signal. The bot logs it in your journal and tells you the result in $ at TP1 and at close. See the full journal under Account.
